Synthera Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

  • Users are provided with a free of charge trial-period during which time they are responsible to assess the suitability of the product to meet their needs, and the compatibility with the hardware upon which they will run the software.

 

2. Subscription-Based Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable after purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans: Payments are non-refundable after purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

 

3. Upgrade/Downgrade/Cancellation Policy

  • Upgrades: Upgrades will take place immediately, with a new billing cycle effective from the time of upgrade. The first subscription period for the upgraded product will be discounted by any remaining credit from current billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: Downgrades will take place from the end of the current billing cycle, no pro-rata refund will be made

  • Cancellations:  Cancellations will take place from the end of the current billing cycle, no pro-rata refund will be made

 

4. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Billing Errors: Accidental duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts will be fully refunded.

  • Legal Compliance: Refunds will be issued where required by law.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Users must submit requests via refunds@syntheracorp.com with relevant details.

  • Refund processing may take up to 14 working days, depending on payment providers
